About the Role
We are seeking a people partner to join our team in Mexico – a new market we launched in 2024 that is expanding rapidly. In 2025, we will broaden our presence to Monterrey, Guadalajara, Puebla, Querétaro, and Mérida. Operating in a fast-paced environment, you’ll translate business objectives into strategic people initiatives that align with our wider people strategy, driving both business growth and an engaging workplace.
Working closely with our leaders and teams, you’ll build trusted relationships and a deep understanding of Moove’s objectives. You’ll provide leadership in people processes, programmes, and policies, ensuring our culture remains inclusive, connected, and ready to thrive amidst rapid expansion. This includes shaping organisational design, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with local regulations, while championing an environment where everyone is empowered to do their best work.
What You’ll be Doing
You’ll partner with business leaders to enhance organisational capabilities, behaviours, and processes that support growth.
Acting as a consultative advisor, you’ll provide guidance on employee relations, payroll oversight, and best practices around local employment laws.
You’ll drive performance management by offering coaching and development opportunities, helping to enhance morale and increase retention.
Through data-driven insights, you’ll assess and fine-tune your people initiatives, ensuring they effectively support our workforce and future expansion plans.
You’ll also contribute to succession planning and workforce planning, identifying the right development opportunities for our teams.
Ultimately, you’ll be key in nurturing a culture where individuals can learn, grow, and excel alongside Moove’s ambitious global journey.
Oversee the management, development, and customization of leasing contracts with Clients / Drivers.
Ensure contracts are legally compliant, tailored to Moove’s business model, and aligned with product specification.
Collaborate with Sales & Onboarding, Legal, Customer Success, and Finance teams to ensure contracts reflect business strategies.
Develop and maintain a structured process for contract daily personalization, registry and archive.
Provide guidance and training to internal teams on labor compliance matters.
What You will need for this position
Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a related field
At least 5 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues
Knowledge of multiple HR disciplines (compensation, organisational diagnosis, diversity, performance management, and local employment laws)
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment, balancing multiple priorities
Key Metrics
Employee engagement score: Gauges overall satisfaction and commitment
Turnover rate: Indicates retention and job satisfaction levels
Performance review completion rate: Demonstrates effectiveness of performance management
Learning and development participation: Highlights continuous growth and skill-building
